Business Profile

Saul Research is a family-run design partnership. It was started in 1996 by Dr. Peter Saul, who has over 35 years experience in the silicon IC design field.  A full IC design, layout, processing (via foundry) and evaluation capability is offered, with a record of successful innovation. High performance analogue and mixed function designs in CMOS and SiGe bipolar are the main output from the business;  Saul Research can offer innovative solutions to your design problems. Most contracts are research oriented, and involve close liaison with the customers engineering staff. Staff tuition in design, and circuit based lectures, can also be arranged. Saul Research is Approved by Lloyd's Register QA to ISO9001:2000 for the Design and Management of Manufacture of Prototype Application Specific Integrated Circuits. Saul Research is an Alliance Partner of EUROPRACTICE  and has links with other state of the art silicon foundries.
